All booths are 10' x 10' and vendors are responsible for any and all booth structures, set-up, and
furnishing, including, but not limited to, signage, drapery, tents, and tables. Vendors may begin
set-up at 7:00 AM on September 4, 2010 and must open by 9:00 AM. Vendors must remain open
throught the entirety of the event, closing after 4:00 PM. No vendors will be permitted to leave early
under any circumstances. Any violation of this early departure policy may result in teh vendor being
barred from this event in the future. Vendors are responsible for dismantling their booths and
cleaning their area before departure. Vendors are solely responsible for the security of their goods.
Additionally, Vendors are solely responsible for any federal or state taxes associated with their
participation in the Car, Truck, & Bike Show 2010. The 2010 Car, Truck, & Bike Show Committee
reserves the right to expel any vendor who fails to abide by these rules or acts in violation of state
or federal law during this event.

NO VENDOR MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE CAR, TRUCK & BIKE SHOW 2010 WITHOUT SIGNING AND
SUBMITTING THE ATTACHED LIABILILTY RELEASE.
